With the 2016 NCAA Track and Field Championships slated to begin Tuesday, the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the nine Regional Athletes of the Year Monday afternoon, including Charlotte's own Trey McRae, who was named the Southeast Region's Field Athlete of the Year.
